Welcome to Katoria S. Kosmetics,

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all sales are currently FINAL. However, if something is wrong with the product, send us an email @katoriaskosmetics@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. 

NO RETURNS due to the pandemic unfortunately. However, in the case of something happening to the product or if product is damaged, we may issue a refund or send out another product to your liking! 

We are also not responsible for any shipping delays once the product has been shipped out.

However, if there are any damages to the product, please contact us via email within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Anything after the designated timeline will not be eligible for receiving another product/or refund.
